Senior Youth Organizing Associate – Saint Paul, MNPay: The anticipated salary range for this position is $20.60-$26 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant work experience, the skills required for the role, internal equity, market competitiveness, and budget considerations. Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Shift times: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm. Occasional evenings and weekends required for events.
Location: Hybrid – remote and approximately 50% of time at 671 Vandalia Street, Saint Paul, MN 55114
Job type: Hourly/Non-exempt
Travel: Regular travel in Twin Cities metro area for organizing activities. Infrequent travel to greater Minnesota.

Under the supervision of the Organizing Manager, the Senior Youth Organizing Associate has the responsibility for building a network of young activists and leaders (ages 16-35) for the organization. The Senior Youth Organizing Associate is responsible for developing young leaders, organizing youth to take action on issues of reproductive health and freedom, and developing and delivering youth-oriented programming and grassroots actions to encourage young people to vote.
The Senior Youth Organizing Associate develops and executes the plan to further the programmatic goals of Planned Parenthood North Central States and the Planned Parenthood Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota Action Fund. Senior Youth Organizing Associates are advocates in implementing our mission of “advancing and protecting sexual and reproductive healthcare for all”. They may perform other related duties as assigned.
