Registered Nurse (RN) – Peri Anesthesia Supervisor/Charge Nurse over Pre/Post and Sedated Imaging. 1.0 FTE, 10‑hour shifts – 4 days a week, rotating schedules required to working days of the week (Mon‑Thurs / Tues‑Fri). Start times 0600‑1630 at our St. Paul Campus. Pediatric Peri Anesthesia and leadership experience preferred.

This position exists to provide specialized nursing care to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures or medical interventions that require anesthesia. The Peri Anesthesia RN administers family‑centered nursing care, advises patients on health maintenance and disease prevention, and provides skilled assistance in navigating the health care system as appropriate to the developmental, cultural, emotional, and medical, surgical, or rehabilitative needs of the patient and their families.

Hourly wage: $47.90‑$71.68, depending on experience, education, certification & licensure, and internal equity. Additional pay: $1.75/weekend, $2.35 evening, $4.00/night differential. • Documentation of completion of a professional nursing program (RN program)
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license through the MN Board of Nursing
• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. If holder of valid CPR through another acceptable organization, must complete BLS with the American Heart Association within one month of employment.
• Current American Heart Association Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification or must be obtained by the end of orientation or maximum of 3 months of hire.
• Current American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or must be obtained by the end of orientation or maximum of 3 months of hire.
• Interest in working with people with short‑term or long‑term disabilities beginning in childhood.
• Physically able to work required hours and meet physical demands of the position, including being part of the off‑premise call schedule.

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or other healthcare related field
• Prior nursing experience in a health‑related setting
• Nursing specialty certification relevant to the position
