  St. Paul, Maplewood, Minneapolis, St. Louis Park, Edina, Burnsville, and Robbinsdale, MN
• Schedule:
  
  Full Time, Day Shift

• Deliver Life‑Saving Care:
  Administer inpatient dialysis therapies, including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and apheresis.
• Be a Clinical Leader:
  Monitor patients, adjust treatments in real‑time, and ensure top‑quality outcomes.
• Collaborate & Empower:
  Work closely with hospital teams, DaVita clinical staff, and oversee patient care with the support of Patient Care Technicians (PCTs).
• Embrace the Dynamic:
  Adapt quickly and confidently in high‑acuity, ever‑changing hospital environments as you travel between our partner facilities.

• Variety & Challenge:
  Experience different hospital cultures and patient populations as you float between our Twin Cities locations.
• Schedule Dynamics:
  Your schedule will include regular day shifts and on‑call rotations, including weekends and holidays, to support patient needs.
• A True Team Environment:
  Partner with local hospital staff and dedicated DaVita teams across multiple sites to provide comprehensive care.

• Current RN license in the state of practice (MN)
• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred
• Prior experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med/Surg is a huge plus!
• CNN/CDN certification is preferred
• Reliable transportation to travel between the assigned hospital locations
• Must pass a color vision test (accommodations available)

Wage Range: $40.00-$56.00 per hour.
