Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor & Delivery – Grand Rapids, MN.
Pay: $2,848 per week.
Shift: Nights – 3 days x 12 hours. Contract Duration: 13 Weeks.
Start Date:
7/20/2026.
- Assist deliveries and manage labor patients day and night.
- Provide prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care.
- Monitor fetal heart tones and administer medications per protocol.
- Assist with neonatal resuscitation and C‑section support as needed.
- Coordinate care with OB/GYNs, family practitioners, and lactation consultants.
- Valid RN license in Minnesota.
- Minimum of 2 years full‑time Labor & Delivery experience.
- Current BLS and NRP certifications.
- Intermediate Fetal Monitoring course preferred.
- At least 1 year Med Surg experience.
- ACLS, Pharmacology, Skills Checklist, Specialty Exam (required for onboarding).
