Location:Must be available to provide services in our Minneapolis/St Paul territories.
Pay Range:$40.00 - $49.00/hour (non-exempt), based on experience, qualifications, and location. Guaranteed pay for 64 hours per pay period.

As a Registered Nurse, you’ll provide compassionate end-of-life care to individuals and their families—offering skilled support, symptom management, and peace of mind when it matters most. With a 7-days-on, 7-days-off schedule, you’ll triage calls, provide in-home visits, and lead care delivery across a diverse caseload. Whatyou’ll do as a Registered Nurse (RN) with Hospice Deliver Compassionate Clinical Care
- Conduct skilled assessments and provide routine, PRN, admission, discharge, and death visits. Deliver hospice care that honors everyone’s physical, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs.
- Partner with patients, families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to develop and follow a comprehensive care plan. Educate families on what to expect, pain management, and comfort measures.
- Manage your caseload independently, prioritize calls and visits with urgency, and ensure documentation is completed accurately and promptly, often at the point of care.
- Serve as a key member of the Interdisciplinary Group (IDG), maintaining strong communication with physicians, social workers, aides, chaplains, and referral sources.
- Provide clinical insight and emotional support to families before and after the patient’s death, participating in bereavement planning as needed.

- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota.
- Valid driver’s license and insured personal vehicle.
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire).
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and time-management skills.
- Willingness to travel to client homes and respond to patient needs during on‑call hours.
- Ability to pass state mandated background checks.
- Physical capability to perform all essential job functions.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English to ensure effective communication with clients, staff, and families.
