Trauma Surgery Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP) –
Start Date:
ASAP
Pay Rate: $106.70 - $115.50 per hour.
We are recruiting a Trauma Surgery NP or PA for locum tenens support to meet current staffing needs.
Schedule & Practice Setting10-hour shifts (7 am–5 pm), May–July (up to full-time). Primarily function as a trauma hospitalist rounder.
Responsibilities- Non‑invasive ventilator management
- Ventilator management
- Chest tube insertion
- Central line insertion
- Arterial line insertion
- Suturing of minor lacerations
- Board Certified
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS)
- Valid Minnesota licensure
- Credentialing completed within 30–60 days
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR
- Medical and dental malpractice insurance provided by AMN Healthcare
- Highly competitive pay
