Providers practice within modern outpatient clinics focused on workplace health, occupational injuries, preventive medicine, and same-day urgent care.

Providers work alongside experienced physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, nursing staff, radiology personnel, and medical assistants in a collaborative setting designed to support both clinical excellence and operational efficiency.

Clinical Scope

This role offers an engaging mix of Occupational Medicine and Urgent Care responsibilities, including:

• Evaluation and treatment of workplace injuries
• Acute illness and injury management
• Same-day walk-in urgent care
• Laceration repair and suturing
• Musculoskeletal injury evaluation
• Workers' Compensation care
• Return-to-work evaluations
• Pre-employment physicals
• DOT physical examinations
• Drug and alcohol screening
• OSHA surveillance examinations
• Employer communication and medical documentation
• Care of pediatric and adult patients

Providers should be comfortable performing common office-based procedures and caring for patients across all age groups.

Candidate Requirements

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Active Minnesota License
• DEA Registration (if applicable)
• Comfortable treating pediatric and adult patients
• Proficient with laceration repair and suturing
• DOT Medical Examiner Certification prior to first scheduled shift (certification support available if needed)
• Previous Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, Occupational Medicine, or Primary Care experience preferred
