Program Coordinator, Undergraduate BSN Nursing Program
About the role
As the part-time Program Coordinator for Bethel’s Undergraduate BSN Nursing Program
, you’ll be an essential part of the team behind the scenes, helping create a well-organized, supportive experience for nursing students and faculty as they prepare the next generation of nurses.
You’ll work closely with the Nursing Program Director, faculty, students, and campus partners to keep the program running smoothly—from coordinating schedules and maintaining important records to supporting faculty, preparing for events, managing program communications, and helping students navigate the nursing licensure process. You’ll also play an important role in supporting accreditation and compliance requirements that help ensure the quality of our nursing program.
Most importantly, you’ll be joining a Christ-centered university community where our work goes beyond completing tasks. Together, we help prepare students not only for successful careers in nursing, but to lead lives of impact and serve others with compassion, integrity, and purpose.
This is an on-site position working 24 hours-per-week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) 10-months/year, with 2 months off during the summer. It is ideal for someone looking for meaningful part-time work, a collaborative environment, and the opportunity to use their talents to support students and faculty in a program that makes a difference.
