Licensed Practical Nurse

Northstar Behavioral Health Network seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct, trauma-informed care to adults with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders in residential and outpatient settings. The LPN will administer medications, complete health assessments, monitor client status, respond to crises, and document accurately in the EHR. Working closely with RNs, therapists, and support staff, this role supports individualized treatment plans, promotes safety and recovery, and contributes to a collaborative, person-centered, and accountable team environment with opportunities for growth and ongoing training.
