Job Details:

• Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Location: Maple Grove, MN
• Employment Type: Direct Hire | Full-Time
• Pay: $24.50 – $32.77 per hour (Based on experience)

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday
• 40 hours per week
• 8-hour day shifts
• Shift times vary between 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No weekends
• No on-call

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care in a Family Medicine Clinic. The LPN will work collaboratively with physicians and the healthcare team to deliver exceptional clinical care while supporting daily clinic operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient intake and obtain vital signs.
• Assist providers with examinations and procedures.
• Administer medications, injections, and immunizations.
• Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection.
• Educate patients on medications and treatment plans.
• Assist with prescription refills.
• Coordinate patient care and provider communication.
• Document patient information accurately in the EMR.
• Maintain clinic supplies and ensure exam rooms are stocked.
• Follow infection prevention and patient safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota LPN License.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Previous clinical experience required.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced outpatient clinic.
