Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team hony Park Home, a warm and welcoming skilled nursing facility in the historic St. Anthony Park neighborhood of St. Paul, Minnesota. As an LPN hony Park Home, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional care to our seniors in a home-like environment.

• Scheduling and performing rounds to monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of nursing care
• Assuring the proper completion and documentation of care, medications, and treatments
• Monitoring the status of residents and consulting with nurse management as needed

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and a valid state licensure as an LPN
• Restorative or geriatric nursing experience is preferred
• Ability to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees
• Possess advanced computer skills, including email use
