We're seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who is passionate about resident-centered care and wants to practice nursing in an environment where clinical expertise, collaboration, and compassion are truly valued.

Wage: $30.49–$37.20 per hour (DOE)

Schedule:

Part-Time Days | 0.6 FTE (48 hours per pay period)

Hours:

We're Looking For3 years of LPN experience required

Long-term care, rehabilitation, or senior living experience preferred

What You'll DoProvide skilled nursing care tailored to each resident's individual needs.

Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.

Assess residents, identify changes in condition, and communicate with the healthcare team.

Develop and update individualized care plans.

Collaborate closely with caregivers, providers, therapists, and families.

Support a culture where residents are known, respected, and empowered to live with purpose.
