Part-time AM Registered Nurse; RN

Lyngblomsten, a 225-bed care center located in Saint Paul near Como Park, is in search of AM RNs for our TCU! This position comes with a retention bonus of $3,000.00, paid in half at 3 months and the second half at 6 months.
The posted pay range of this hourly position is $35.95 to $45.30.The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical.

• Directs/coordinates/assists with provision of nursing care; facilitates the continuity of nursing activities between shifts
• Reviews resident conditions, prioritizes needs
• Serves as a resource to staff, residents, visitors, and other health care providers
• Conducts facility rounds observing for the appropriate provision of care including safety and privacy of residents, overall compliance with policies/procedures, rules/regulations, and addresses/corrects problems as indicated
• All other duties as assigned

• Must be licensed in Minnesota
• Must be CPR certified
• Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills
