Qualifications- Active RN license in the state of Minnesota
- Current Public Health Nurse license
- Valid School Nurse License issued by the Board of Teaching
- Up-to-date CPR and BLS certifications
- Experience in school nursing or comparable pediatric settings
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Enthusiasm for working collaboratively across multiple school sites
- Ability to manage care, coordinate services, and maintain detailed records district wide
- Deliver comprehensive health services to students across five assigned schools
- Conduct health assessments, manage chronic conditions, and respond to emergencies
- Collaborate with administrators, teachers, and families to support student well-being
- Develop and implement individualized health plans
- Provide staff training on relevant health matters
- Ensure all health documentation is accurate and meets compliance standards
- Travel between school sites as needed to address varying caseloads
