Willows of Ramsey Hill, part of Episcopal Homes of Minnesota, is a 58-bed memory care and assisted living community in St. Paul. We are hiring a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead the nursing services team, ensure resident-centered care, and drive clinical excellence.
The DON will oversee policies, staff development, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and budget management, with day shift and availability for triage as needed. RN license required, 2+ years in nursing administration.
