Fusion Medical Staffing seeks an experienced Oncology RN to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to patients across the cancer care continuum. In this Healthcare & Medical Services role, you will administer chemotherapy, monitor treatment response, educate patients and families, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality care. Key Responsibilities- Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to oncology patients across treatment phases.
- Administer chemotherapy, biotherapy, and supportive medications safely per protocols.
- Monitor patients for side effects, complications, and treatment response;

* * concerns promptly. - Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment plans, side-effect management, and self-care.
- Collaborate with oncologists, pharmacists, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate individualized care plans.
- Perform thorough assessments, maintain accurate documentation, and follow all safety and infection control standards.
- Advocate for patient needs, pain management, and psychosocial support throughout the cancer care journey.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to Fusion Medical Staffing and facility policies.
