Part Time Night Nurse

Role:

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing professional nursing care in long-term care settings.

• Administer medications and treatments as per care plans.
• Assess residents’ health status, recognize problems, and respond effectively.
• Document resident interactions, outcomes, and care activities.
• Support residents, families, and care team through counseling and education.
• Perform testing and evaluate data reflective of resident needs.
• Maintain confidentiality and communicate clearly with team and residents.
• Contribute to resident safety, comfort, and well-being.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program.
• Hold an unencumbered LPN license with multi-state privileges.
• Possess IV therapy skills if required.
• Complete required continuing education and competency certifications.
• Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
• Strong communication, technical, and assessment skills.
