Registered Nurse (RN) – Long-Term Care For more than 130 years, Episcopal Homes of Minnesota has been a trusted leader in senior care in St. Paul’s Midway neighborhood. Our vibrant campus offers Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, and Hospice services.

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Long-Term Care Nursing team. This position will float between our two Long-Term Care floors, providing high-quality, resident-centered nursing care and support where needed.

Pay & Schedule Pay: $36.00–$43.93/hour

Schedule:

0.6 FTE (48 hours per pay period)

Hours:

6:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m.What You’ll Do Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols

Assess residents’ physical, mental, and emotional health needs

Develop and update individualized care plans

Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to providers and families

Supervise and support caregiving staff

Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMRParticipate in infection control, quality assurance, and compliance initiatives

Advocate for residents and provide education to residents, families, and caregivers

Promote a supportive environment focused on dignity, safety, and well-being

Qualifications Required Current  Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing CPR and First Aid certification

Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with an interdisciplinary team Ability to participate in federally funded healthcare programs

Preferred

Experience in long-term care, assisted living, memory care, or skilled nursing

Experience providing geriatric care and chronic disease management

Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR)
