Registered Nurse (RN) – TCU | Full-Time For more than 130 years, Episcopal Homes of Minnesota has been a trusted leader in senior care in St. Paul’s Midway neighborhood. Our vibrant campus offers Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, and Hospice services.

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our LTC Nursing team. This is a great opportunity for an RN who enjoys working with residents recovering from hospitalization, surgery, or illness while helping them regain strength and independence.

Pay & Schedule Pay: $36.00–$43.93/hour, based on experience

Schedule:

Full-Time, 0.8 FTE (64 hours per pay period)

Hours:

What You’ll Do Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols

Assess residents’ physical, mental, and emotional health needs

Develop and update individualized plans of care Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to providers and families

Support residents through recovery, rehabilitation, and transitions of care Supervise and support caregiving staff

Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMRParticipate in infection control, quality assurance, and compliance initiatives

Advocate for residents and provide education to residents, families, and caregivers

Promote a supportive environment focused on dignity, safety, recovery, and well-being

Qualifications Required Current  Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing CPR and First Aid certification

Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment

Ability to work effectively with an interdisciplinary team Ability to participate in federally funded healthcare programs

Preferred

Experience in transitional care, skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation

Experience with geriatric care and chronic disease management

Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR)

Qualifications:

Active registered nurse (RN) license in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing Ability to work in federally funded healthcare programs

Certification in CPR and First Aid Strong communication and critical thinking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary care team and support caregivers
