Michael Development/MJS Management is a property management company of residential and commercial properties in the Twin Cities area. We currently have an opening for a roving Groundskeeper/Light Maintenance in the Twin Cities area. AS A ROVING GROUNDSKEEPER, YOU MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORTATION & A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE
Groundskeeper/ Responsibilities- Landscaping (mulching, trimming bushes, seeding, sod install)
- Lawncare (cutting grass, weed whipping, weed control) and shoveling/salting in winter as needed
- Painting
- Curb Appeal
- Other duties as assigned by Property Manager
- organized
- punctual
- great customer service skills
- provide on-call maintenance as needed
- 1-3 years of prior experience in building/apartment maintenance preferred
Be a part of a strong team
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Compensation: $19/hour
Company Benefits- Paid Holidays

Full-Time;40 hours per week
Monday - Friday
