Laboratory Technician

Lab Technician III

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing and research industry, is seeking a Lab Technician III to join their team. As a Lab Technician III, you will be part of the Quality Control Department supporting the Optically Clear Adhesives lab team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Conduct physical and mechanical tests to evaluate product quality and safety.
• Prepare materials and organize testing procedures for various experiments.
• Assist in laboratory experiments by testing and evaluating new materials and products based on research.
• Perform mechanical performance tests required for research, development, or quality control.
• Test or visually observe product samples from competitors and communicate results effectively.

• At least 2 years of experience as a Lab Tech or in a related field; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work from 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday.
• Capability to lift and carry at least 25 pounds and perform high-repetition lifting of 5-pound weights.
• Proficiency in using ladders or step stools to work from elevated surfaces.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
