Quality Control Manager
The quality control manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day quality control activities to ensure products meet established quality standards and customer requirements. This role supports compliance efforts, manages quality control processes, conducts audits, investigates quality issues, and drives continuous improvement throughout manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience working within regulated manufacturing environments.
Location:
Saint Paul, MN Wage: $116,000 - $143,000 annually
Hours:
6:00 AM – 3:30 PM Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM Friday Type:

Duties of the quality control manager:
- Oversee daily quality control operations to ensure compliance with customer and company quality standards
- Maintain compliance with AS9100D, ISO 13485, and other applicable quality requirements
- Manage audits, inspections, corrective actions, and quality documentation
- Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
- Monitor quality metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and leadership teams to improve processes and performance
Requirements of the quality control manager:
- Quality management or related manufacturing quality experience
- Strong knowledge of AS9100D, ISO 13485, and quality management systems
- Experience conducting audits, managing corrective actions, and implementing process improvements.
- Ability to analyze data, solve complex quality issues, and drive continuous improvement efforts.
