Laboratory Technician
Our client, a leader in consumer products, is seeking a Laboratory Technician I to join their team. As a Laboratory Technician, you will be part of the Home Environment Consumer Products lab supporting research, development, and quality control. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong teamwork, attention to detail, and adaptability, which will align successfully within the organization.
Location:
Maplewood, MN (100% onsite)
Pay Range: $18 to $22 per hour on W-2
Duration: 12 months
What's the Job?- Prepare materials and organize for product testing to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with product developers to construct prototypes and support testing activities.
- Conduct hands-on tests using various laboratory equipment to evaluate product quality and safety.
- Assist in laboratory experiments by testing and evaluating new materials and products.
- Perform visual observations on product samples from competitors and communicate test results effectively.
- High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Ability to work full-time from 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
- Proficiency in Excel and Word for data recording and reporting.
- Ability to follow written test methods and SOPs with strong attention to detail and consistency.
