As a Product Quality Engineer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day quality related activities and approvals associated with new SKU setup, product documentation, and other duties as assigned.
  • Supporting laboratory, products, processes, and systems such as addressing customer complaints and working with the team on corrective actions.
  • Supporting and interacting with customers and consumers through complaint investigations, resolution, and trending including monthly Quality Dashboard reports.
  • Troubleshooting, investigating, and analyzing for non-conforming product testing and disposition.
  • Driving existing product quality enhancement through use of continuous improvement methods and tools, such as:
  • Product and Process Understanding (PPU)
  • Design of Experiments (DOE)
  • Six Sigma
  • Quality at the Source
  • Ensuring commercialized product design intent and product integrity is retained as materials, processes, methods, and specifications change.
  • Supporting change as it relates to design changes inspired by quality improvement, source of supply changes, or cost reduction efforts.
Experience Requirements
  • Three (3) years of combined experience in:
  • Quality Engineering
  • Quality Management Systems
  • Six Sigma
  • Statistical Analysis
  • Design Control

Within a private, public, government, or military environment.

Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution.
