Quality Technician II
Seeking a Quality Technician II with 2–3 years of manufacturing/production or quality experience to perform post-market complaint investigations on returned medical devices (primarily capital equipment/computer systems). Responsibilities include failure analysis, root cause investigation, complaint documentation, data analysis, CAPA/NCEP support, and cross-functional collaboration with Quality, R&D, Supplier Management, and Operations.
Required Skills:
- High School Diploma + 1+ year related experience (2–3 years preferred)
- Manufacturing/Production or Quality background
- Failure analysis & root cause investigation
- Complaint investigation/documentation
- Data analysis & manufacturing data review
- CAPA & NCEP support
- Strong attention to detail and communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
