Job Overview
Requirement/Must Have:
- HS Diploma and 1+ years of related experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Solid writing and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct independent failure analyses and document complaint findings.
- Utilize the testing tools and techniques to support root cause investigations.
- Identify patterns through data analysis, including manufacturing data review.
- Investigate and support resolution of NCEPs and CAPAs.
- Collaborate across departments to resolve product issues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support lab operations and enhancements.
Nice to Have:
- AA Degree or equivalent work experience in related discipline.
- Experience in SAP, MES, or Track Wise.
- A production or manufacturing background has proven to be a strong fit for this role.
- Candidates with 2 to 3 years' related experience have worked well in this role.
