** Packaging Engineering Laboratory Technician I
** to join a leading engineering and manufacturing team in  
** Arden Hills, MN** . This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in a packaging engineering laboratory while working alongside engineers on product testing, laboratory operations, and equipment maintenance.

** Job Responsibilities*
* + Perform routine package testing under the guidance of engineers and senior laboratory staff.

+ Prepare, label, condition, and organize packaging test samples.

+ Operate laboratory equipment including compression testers, environmental chambers, seal strength testers, and leak test systems.

+ Accurately record test results and maintain laboratory documentation.

+ Assist with equipment calibration, preventive maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment.

+ Support engineering teams with testing projects and work requests.

+ Follow all company safety, quality, and regulatory procedures.

** Qualifications*
* + High school diploma or GED required.

+ Basic mechanical aptitude and computer skills.

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures.

+ Excellent organizational and communication skills.

+ Willingness to learn laboratory testing methods and equipment operation.

+ Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

** Physical Requirements*
* + Ability to lift up to  
** 50 pounds** .

+ Comfortable standing, walking, and working in a laboratory environment throughout the shift.

+ Ability to safely operate laboratory equipment and follow all safety protocols.
