Sr Supplier Quality Engineer

8200 Coral Sea Street NE Mounds View Minnesota 55112 Pay Range: $50 - 55.00/hr on W2

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree + 4+ years relevant experience OR advanced degree + 2+ years
• 3–4+ years Supplier Quality Engineering experience
• Medtronic SQE experience strongly preferred
• Medical Device experience preferred, especially Cardiac / Ablation
• Strong knowledge of Supplier Controls, Process Validation, TMV, Failure Investigation
• Advanced Statistics & DOE
• PPAP experience
• Gage R&R / Measurement System Analysis
• Minitab + MS Excel for statistical/data analysis
• Experience with inspection tooling and test method development/validation
• Knowledge of QSR 21 CFR 820, ISO 13485, CMDR, EU MDD
• Supplier audits, GMP, supplier capability assessment and continuous improvement
• Experience with Control Plans, Receiving Inspection, Sampling Strategies, Supplier Qualification
• Strong written/verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration
• Able to work independently and influence suppliers/internal stakeholders
• Onsite Mounds View preferred; remote may be considered for candidates with existing MDT experience
