Post-Doctoral Associate - Department of Microbiology and Immunology

This position will conduct innate immune signaling studies to define the mechanisms of action of small molecule and RNA agonists of RIG-I and the RIG‑I pathway in cultured cells and in vivo in mice. The work will encompass studies of virus infection, immune‑adjuvant actions, and tumor suppression. The candidate will prepare routine progress reports, provide oral presentations on research progress, and publish the research findings.

The candidate will be expected to perform the experimental studies described above, document results in routine reports, present progress orally, and publish findings in peer‑reviewed journals.

• PhD in Microbiology or a related field
