Summary of Position This position is designed to assist Drosophila stock maintenance, fly food cooking, and genetic research. This task requires precision and accuracy. The candidate will receive training. Approximately 12 hours a week.

• 50% Maintain Fly Stocks:
  Assist in maintaining fly stocks
• 20% Fly Food Cooking:
  Preparing fly food for the Drosophila lab community
• 30% Drosophila genetic research:
  Assist in molecular genetic experiments

Required Qualifications must be documented in application materials

• BA/BS or work experience to equal two years.

• The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and focus.

Pay Range: $22.00 depending on education/qualifications/experience.
