Post-Doctoral associates conduct research or service that provides further development of career skills or allows them opportunities to learn mew research techniques. They are trained and work in conjunction with a faculty mentor who determines the training agenda. Post-Doctoral associates may supervise research assistants and laboratory personnel.
They assist in development, interpretations and implementation of policies, guidelines and procedures. General advising and counseling not connected with specific coursework. Conducting institutional and inter-institutional policy and planning reviews. Providing resource support for committees. Collecting and analyzing data. Keeping records. Preparing reports. Abstracting.
75% - Laboratory Research and mentoring of junior researchers.
25% - Literature Research and Writing
QualificationsRequired Qualifications:
- Ph.D in Chemistry or a related field

Pay Range: $62,232 - $70,000 annually; depending on education/qualifications/experience
