This position is located at a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee is the employer and is responsible for all employment matters such as hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling.

Crew team members play an integral part in creating a positive experience for customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Connecting with customers to ensure they have a positive experience.
• Helping customers order their favorite McDonald's meals.
• Preparing all McDonald's World Famous food.
• Partnering with other crew and managers to meet daily goals and have fun.
