Dishwasher - Minnesota Fishing Resort

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Dishwasher to help maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring our guests enjoy fresh, quality meals during their stay. This role offers an excellent opportunity to be part of a vibrant outdoor community and contribute to memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment in accordance with health and safety standards
  • Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing areas, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces
  • Assist with basic food prep and kitchen organization as needed
  • Ensure proper disposal of waste and recycling materials
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies to uphold a clean and safe working environment
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to support smooth kitchen operations
Skills and

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a dishwashing or kitchen support role preferred but not required
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as needed
