Department Manager

McDonald's -  -  - Responsibilities:
Lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service;
Manage assigned systems, like training, food safety, and inventory management; set goals, delegate tasks, and report results;
Ensure guest service department delivers a great customer experience and that staff are trained;
Ensure kitchen delivers quality food, that food is always safe, that food cost is controlled, and that kitchen staff are trained in production procedures;
Hire, train, and schedule crew to meet restaurant sales and profit goals; recognize and motivate staff
