Customer Service Rep, Stocking, Distribution/ General Warehouse
Department Overview
The Warehouse department receives all hospital deliveries including direct purchase items (ordered by departments via purchasing), inventory and replenishment of nursing unit PAR carts.
Position SummaryTo perform all daily activities of receiving, stocking, and distributing supplies throughout the organization.
Casual Work AgreementCasuals must work a minimum of one (1) shift per month if the Hospital has work available. Each Hospital may increase this requirement based on need. The Hospital will provide at least fifteen (15) days' notice before any changes shall be effective in the minimum number of shifts required.
Qualifications- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- One year warehouse, inventory management, or shipping/receiving experience required.
- Data entry experience with inventory control management software experience required.
- One year customer service experience required.
- Strong communications skills.

SalaryThe posted salary represents a market competitive range based on salary survey benchmark data for similar roles in the local or national market. Annual salaries displayed are based on full‑time employment (40 standard hrs per week). Annual salaries for part‑time positions will be prorated based on the employee’s scheduled weekly hours in relation to the full‑time standard. When determining individual pay rates, we carefully consider a wide range of factors including but not limited to market indicators for the specific role, the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate, internal equity and organizational needs.
