Receptionist​/Cashier

Merit Chevrolet Co. is seeking a friendly and dependable part-time Service Receptionist / Cashier to join our team in St Paul, MN. Monday-Thursday 3:00pm-8:00pm and Friday 3:00pm-5:30pm.

This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and handling daily transactions accurately while maintaining a welcoming environment for our customers.

• Greet customers as they enter the dealership and provide assistance with inquiries
• Operate the cash register, process payments, and handle cash accurately
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Assist with scheduling appointments and managing customer flow
• Support other administrative tasks as needed

• Previous experience in a cashier or reception role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment

• Competitive hourly pay of $17.00 - $18.00, paid weekly
• Part-time schedule with flexibility to balance other commitments
