Merchandiser​/Stocker - Hub

Compensation

Pay Range: $16.37 - $21.40 per hour. Additional compensation may include annual, quarterly performance, or premiums in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply.

• Keep the front floor area stocked, fronted, and clean.
• Stock merchandise according to planograms or displays.
• Complete sales preparation and greet customers on the sales floor.
• Check in, price, and put up stock.
• Make display changes per company guidelines and planograms.
• Make all out‑front price changes and ensure sale signs, flyer rack, and sale merchandise are properly stocked.
• Remove sale material at end of sale and restore original pricing.
• Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and overstock returns.
• Work with manager to complete the store To Do List and Team Weekly tasks.
• Act as main shoplifting deterrent and front floor security.
• Assist with O’Reilly Image Maker responsibilities.
• Clock in/out according to company policy.
• Pull and stage installer deliveries for delivery specialists, acting as a communication liaison between ISS, delivery specialists, and store manager.
• Determine efficient and safe routes for delivery specialists.
• Coordinate completion of quarterly vehicle inspections and maintenance with ISS and delivery specialists.
• Perform housekeeping duties for back room and installer counter areas.
• Serve as HUB Store Order Puller: pull parts quickly and accurately from pick tickets, sort by store location, inspect boxes, and prepare for delivery.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and operate safely for the benefit of self and others.

• Good aptitude for dealing with number sequences.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Previous stocking experience（desired).
• Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle（desired).
• Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish (highly desired).
