Role summary
Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring order accuracy before pick up. They make product substitutions and consult with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.
Shift informationShift may start between 8:00 am – 11:00 am or between 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm.
What you’ll do- Shop for customers and choose the right products.
- Package and dispense online orders.
- Engage with customers during dispensing.
- Manage a fast‑paced workload, including overlapping in‑store customer service.
- Maintain accurate product substitutions and handle customer inquiries.
