Job-Specific Responsibilities

• Offer aid to technicians with maintaining a clean, efficient work area by keeping the service area organized
• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of general facilities
• Detail all new and used motorcycles at the dealership
• Wash motorcycles to restore the pristine condition of the machine and reflect the expectations of the dealership
• Handle requests courteously, cheerfully, and quickly
• Greet all customers promptly using politeness and friendliness
• Relocate motorcycles to proper locations through Service department/Warehouse
• Perform deliveries and pickups as required
• Assist with uncrating and setting up new motorcycles
