Job Description

Johnson Brothers is a national family-owned wine, spirits and beer distributor. We’ve been providing exceptional service to our customers since 1953, representing the world’s most famous brands in the beverage industry. We are currently interviewing for Merchandiser positions to work in Total Wine and More stores in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area. Merchandisers have a rotating schedule Monday through Friday and Tuesday through Saturday.

Start time is 6 AM; work week is 40 hours on average. This position is responsible for stocking shelves, coolers, putting away cases of wine and spirits, and building displays. In addition, this position will follow up after the deliveries are made by our drivers and service shelves from the liquor department storage areas.

  Monday – Friday or Tuesday—Saturday (Rotating Schedule)
• Morning Shift
  - Shifts start at 6am until the work is done.
• Maximum 8 hours per day.
• Competitive Compensation Rates – starting at $20.00 an hour.

• Daily duties include putting away deliveries, building displays, stocking shelves and coolers, other activities and duties as assigned.

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Work experience in the beverage alcohol industry is a plus but not necessary.
• Goal and results oriented in a competitive environment.
• Ability to work independently in a physically demanding position.
• Have reliable transportation with valid insurance.
• Good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50-pound cases, repeatedly.
• The expected pay for this role is $20.00/hr.
• Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, education, experience, internal equity, union status (where applicable) and alignment with market data.
