What You'll Do- Run daily store operations — staffing, scheduling, and performance management
- Own the numbers: budgeting, sales tracking, and expense control
- Hire, train, and supervise store associates and warehouse staff
- Set goals and coach your team to hit them
- Oversee warehouse receiving and shipping alongside the Contract team
- Keep inventory sharp and merchandising sharper
- Build customer relationships that turn into repeat business
- Drive marketing and promotional campaigns that bring people through the door
- Keep the store secure, clean, and fully compliant
- Lead weekly management meetings and participate in the EOS L10 process
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 2–3+ years of retail management experience — food service equipment, grocery, or wholesale background a big plus
- Strong leadership, organization, and customer service instincts
- Experience with budgeting, pricing, and vendor management
- Comfort with POS systems, Microsoft Office, and ERP tools
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stay on your feet through a full retail day
