OverviewWe are representing a well-established restoration organization seeking a Commercial Business Development Manager to drive growth throughout the Minneapolis / St. Paul market.
This is a relationship-driven, commercially focused sales role targeting decision-makers across property management, facilities, asset management, and other commercial verticals. The role requires a professional capable of building long-term referral relationships and generating sustained revenue growth.
This is not a transactional sales role and not a residential-focused position. The right candidate understands long sales cycles, consultative selling, and how to position a service-based organization as a trusted partner.
Success in this role is measured by consistent revenue production, depth of commercial relationships, and strategic market penetration.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and grow commercial relationships throughout the Minneapolis / St. Paul market
- Target property managers, facility directors, asset managers, and commercial stakeholders
- Build referral pipelines that generate recurring restoration opportunities
- Represent the organization professionally within the community
- Coordinate with operations to ensure seamless transition from sale to execution
- Maintain visibility of pipeline activity and performance metrics
- Identify strategic vertical opportunities for expansion
- This is a commercial relationship sales role
- This is not a residential or retail sales position
- This role requires patience, consistency, and credibility

RequirementsRequired Experience & Background
- Documented success selling into a commercial vertical
- Stable tenure and proven performance history
- Experience in a service-based industry preferred
- Restoration industry experience is a plus
- Strong communication and executive presence
- Ability to operate independently and manage territory effectively
- Uncapped commission structure
