About the Role

This is a 1099 Role

Expected Comp ranges between $1,500 and $12,000 monthly, depending on client load.

Our GTM Engineers help identify the total market opportunity and build the outbound machine for each client, segmenting and ranking addressable portions of the market, backing that with buyer intent signals at the cross between the client’s offer and the pain points of their customer, developing a targeted list of potential buyers, and managing the outbound campaigns to those buyers.

While this role needs a scrappy, “builder” mindset, with the ability to balance custom builds vs. off-the-shelf tools and iterate based on feedback…

Quality is your primary watchword, as you work directly with our Sales Specialists and a mix of AI tools to make connections to prospective buyers and get those meetings to the right person within the Client’s organization and make sure all tools are connected throughout the stack of internal and outreach systems.

Critically, you understand the difference between reach and relevance.

Expertise and Tools

Must be able to perform a live demonstration of working/thinking with:

  • Clay, Cursor, and Claude Code
  • Understanding API’s and thinking in Data Flows
  • Working with CRMs like Hubspot or Salesforce
  • Mass outbound management, Domain Management

Must be able to have a value added conversation with our founder (who obsesses with and uses these tools to create real client outcomes on a regular basis)

Nice to have: Prior inside sales experience
