Responsibilities
  • Generate sales through outbound cold calling and follow-up with leads for Comcast Internet, Voice, and TV services
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas while achieving targeted customer experience metrics
  • Manage customer relationships through effective communication and organization of leads
  • Consult with business customers, solicit referrals, and close web leads
  • Maintain prospect database and opportunity funnel, ensuring timely fulfillment of customer orders
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in sales or customer service
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as necessary
  • Experience in outbound sales and working with a sales funnel is required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Wireless experience strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with telecommunications products and services
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong technical knowledge and workplace organization skills
