The Red Bull Account Development Manager (ADM) drives best-in-class execution for the Red Bull portfolio at the market level. This role is responsible for managing and growing the C+ account universe while partnering closely with internal sales teams and the local Red Bull team to expand distribution, visibility, and overall performance in the On‑Premise channel.
The ADM acts as a brand champion—educating customers, training sales consultants, executing impactful programming, and ensuring Red Bull brand standards are consistently upheld in market.
Key Responsibilities 1. Drive Distribution & Account Growth- Identify new account opportunities and brand expansion areas
- Increase total buying accounts and overall SKU penetration
- Manage and grow priority and “Most Wanted” accounts
- Expand effective distribution across the assigned territory
- Achieve volume and distribution targets
- Partner with sales teams to improve in‑market execution standards (including High 5 priorities)
- Increase consumer engagement through impactful activation programming
- Support and distribute point‑of‑sale (POS) and promotional materials
- Ensure strong visibility and on‑premise merchandising standards
- Build and strengthen relationships within assigned accounts
- Conduct regular business reviews and identify growth opportunities
- Develop creative, profitable programming tailored to customer needs
- Improve execution, merchandising, and brand presence
- Achieve distribution, sales, and performance goals
- Implement brand initiatives at the market level
- Evaluate promotional effectiveness and provide actionable feedback to improve results
- Conduct weekly market ride‑withs and sales calls
- Train and coach sales representatives on brand priorities and execution standards
- Establish accountability measures to evaluate performance and identify development opportunities
- Increase brand priority and visibility within the sales organization
- Audit VIP accounts to ensure execution excellence
- Coordinate distribution and strategic placement of POS materials
- Monitor and optimize POS allocation and merchandising standards
- Ensure brand standards are consistently maintained
- Participation in General Sales Meetings (GSMs)
- Reinforce priorities and performance targets
- Increase engagement and share of mind with sales teams
- Increased distribution and SKU penetration
- Improved execution across C+ accounts
- Measurable growth in sales and consumer awareness
- A highly engaged and Red Bull brand‑educated sales team

The expected pay range for this role is $50,000 with incentive opportunities.
