Sales Consultant- St. Cloud

Johnson Brothers is a family‑owned distributor of wine, spirits, and beer and is looking for a Sales Consultant to serve retail stores in the Twin Cities Metro area. The position focuses on selling and servicing our Gallo portfolio across a defined territory.

• Territory management: maintain consistent customer contact, plan and execute sales initiatives, handle customer issues promptly.
• Sales: possess full product knowledge, present effectively, achieve assigned company objectives, grow business, identify and nurture new accounts.
• Merchandising: use POS to enhance selling efforts; focus on display size, location, shelf position, standards, cold boxes, counters, windows, and consumer impact zones.
• Servicing: conduct sales calls, perform inventory checks, communicate orders and rotate products on shelves.
• Administration: adhere to company policies, handle paperwork timely.

• BA/BS degree or relevant industry experience.
• Prior route sales experience (highly preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Goal‑ and results‑driven.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record; reliable transportation and proof of insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly.
• Local candidates preferred (no relocation package).

Earning potential: $50,000–$75,000+ annually, based on sales performance.
