Job Description /Responsibilities

This Regional Sales Execution Manager role is built for a leader who drives results through people and execution—not just strategy. You’ll lead a regional team and work closely with sales and distributor partners to ensure plans translate into strong in‑market performance across our portfolio. This is a high‑impact role where coaching, accountability, and execution discipline directly influence volume, share, and growth.

You’ll shape how we show up in market while building a strong bench of future sales leaders.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and develop a high-performing regional team, setting clear expectations and holding teams accountable to execution and results
  • Translate strategy into in‑market execution, ensuring strong visibility, distribution, and performance across accounts
  • Drive performance through KPIs and execution standards, using data to coach, adjust, and improve results
  • Build and leverage relationships across distributors and key stakeholders to strengthen execution and expand influence
  • Align with cross-functional teamsto ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of priorities and speed to market
Qualifications/Requirements Must
  • Ability to drive results in a complex, high-growth company
  • Strong customer service aptitude, ability to work with all levels of the organization from Field Level to Executive Management
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to work as a team as well as self-directed
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Yes Management experience
  • Experience leading the development and execution of commercial strategies
  • Yes Supervisory experience
Preferred
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems/processes
Physical
  • A valid driver's license
  • Ability to travel up to 50%

The annual salary range for this role is $152,272- $228,409. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.

For roles within our commercial team - the Salary range refers to base salary only and does not include car allowance, annual bonus, fuel or cell phone reimbursement. Please ask your Talent Acquisition Partner for more information about our total rewards package.
