Position Overview

This is a high-income, inbound sales role. Durahome Painting Plus has operated in the Twin Cities for over 10 years, completing 300 to 600 exterior painting projects annually. We generate consistent inbound estimate requests, and our Sales Consultants meet with homeowners who have already requested an estimate. The strongest performers here are also building their own networks, developing repeat business, and maintaining relationships that generate referrals over time.

This role is responsible for understanding customer needs, building the right solution, and guiding homeowners from the first meeting through a signed agreement.

Compensation

This is a commission-based role with earnings based on actual performance:

  • Consistent performers: $100,000+
  • Top performers: $200,000+
Key Responsibilities
  • Run 16 to 20 in-home estimates per week with homeowners who have requested a quote
  • Assess the property, identify what the homeowner actually needs, and recommend the right scope
  • Build and present the full proposal on-site during the appointment using Paint Scout
  • Own the full sales cycle from first visit through signed agreement
  • Follow up on every open proposal until it closes or goes cold
  • Manage your pipeline and keep all systems organized and up to date (Company Cam, , Paint Scout, Slack)
  • Build and maintain a professional network that generates referrals and repeat business
  • Generate self-sourced leads if desired (double commission)

Required
  • Experience in in‑home sales within home services, remodeling, construction, or a similar field
  • Proven track record of delivering strong customer experiences
  • Reliable transportation within the Twin Cities
Preferred
  • Construction estimating experience
  • Painting industry familiarity
  • Spanish language proficiency
  • Bachelor's degree
