As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you'll be at the heart of our mission, managing existing client relationships while identifying and driving new business opportunities. Your day will be filled with meaningful customer interactions, helping clients find tailored solutions through our high-performance adhesives, coatings, and sealants. We are committed to providing effective training, powerful learning tools, applicable resources, and development programs to our employees.
PrimaryResponsibilities
- Collaborate with customers and our technical team to provide custom solutions that meet business needs.
- Manage and grow existing accounts while developing new business in your assigned territory.
- Drive sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
- Make 25-30 outbound calls per day, fostering connections with current and potential clients.
- Record customer interactions and sales activity in our CRM system, ensuring seamless follow-up.
- Use Linked In and other tools to research and source leads, turning prospects into clients.
- Coordinate with our technical team to run line trials, audits, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Be a trusted partner to our customers, aligning them with the best solutions.
- Develop strong relationships with decision-makers at all levels of organizations.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, mechanical, or marketing field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- High proficiency with MS Office Suite.
- Self-starter who thrives in both independent and collaborative environments.
- 2+ years of sales experience, with a proven ability to manage multiple accounts and technical product lines.
- A talent for influencing and closing sales via phone.
- High proficiency with CRM systems ( preferred).
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
The salary for this role is $50,000-$60,000 + Incentive Plan.
