Lead Sales Support Coordinator
The Lead Sales Support Coordinator serves as a senior member of the sales support team, overseeing daily sales support activities, coordinating complex orders, and acting as a key liaison between customers, sales representatives, operations, and service teams. This role provides guidance to team members, drives process improvements, and ensures accurate and timely execution of sales transactions to support business objectives and customer satisfaction.
Successfully onboard new employees through the development, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive training materials.
- Ensures effective and efficient pre- and post-sale support to field sales consultants to achieve sales objectives and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare, assemble, and distribute system sales proposals as directed by sales consultants using pre-approved format, product, and configuration descriptions, and MRP system part numbers and prices.
- Partner with customers, sales, and service teams to secure all required order information and ensure accurate and timely order entry, shipment, and invoicing.
- Maintain and distribute pre-approved product and configuration descriptions and other key information used by consultants in support of their selling activities.
- Maintain a cohesive team environment with other functional areas to improve customer satisfaction.
- Input system and supply orders with accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Act as information conduit between relevant departments to ensure accurate order entry from order receipt to order invoicing.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex customer and operational issues.
- Schedule domestic installation and training for new system purchases.
- Foster a collaborative, customer-focused, and results-oriented culture.
- Input new system information and maintain current system information in Salesforce.
- Input system and supply orders into MRP ordering system with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Assist with Sales Support activities including: MRP system updates, creating order processing schedules, maintaining training materials & SOPs, process trade show orders, and clear communication of interdepartmental updates
- Log into Call Queue and field calls as necessary
- Accept other responsibilities as assigned.
- Complete training as identified by standard operating procedures and procedural work instructions.
- Regular attendance is an essential job function.
- Follow all Company policies and procedures relating to confidential propriety information (CPI) including but not limited to what is outlined in the Confidentiality and Non-Solicitation Agreement.

Contact with prospective and current customers, opinion leaders and vendors.
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, or related area, plus 3-5 years experience in a Sales Support, customer service or marketing or equivalent experience.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to maintain a high level of accuracy while prioritizing and managing multiple assignments to meet deadlines and business objectives.
- Thrives in dynamic environments by adjusting to changing business demands while maintaining accuracy, quality, and adherence to deadlines.
- Above average computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Physical Requirements
- Will be required to regularly sit for extended periods of time; use hands and fingers, handle or feel objects, talk, hear, and see. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or reach with hands and arms. The environment is fast-paced; time pressured and requires accuracy. Will be required to regularly multi-task between projects, move throughout the office building and effectively communicate.
The normal environment is quiet and typical of an open office setting with some areas that may be louder at times; along with time spent on the production floor, where the environment can be louder due to equipment running. - Hybrid work environment, working three days onsite and two days remotely each week.
